Engagement models built to earn the next commitment.
Start free, go deeper as the evidence warrants. Four tiers take you from a self-serve readiness check to a full, senior-led translational programme.
From free diagnostic to full programme.
Every tier is designed to deliver value on its own — and to make the next step obvious only if it’s justified.
Understand where your programme stands and where the gaps are.

Indicative pricing.
Final fees depend on scope, complexity, number of target markets, and timeline. Figures are in USD and reflect senior-strategist engagement.
Emerging-market engagements (Brazil, India, South Africa) may be scoped to local conditions; multi-jurisdiction coordination is priced as a distinct, differentiated workstream.
When the upside is large, we can share the risk.
For high-impact programmes, Clementis can price against the value created rather than the hours spent — typically 10–15% of the quantified gain, structured as an ROI multiple.
If a translational decision protects or unlocks, say, a seven-figure outcome — a successful registration, a de-risked raise, an avoided dead-end — the fee is set as a fraction of that value. This aligns incentives: we succeed when your programme succeeds. Value-based terms are agreed up front, with a clear method for quantifying the gain, and are best suited to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements.
Start where it makes sense for you.
Most clients begin with the free assessment or a discovery call, then scope from there.
